I was introduced to Pandurang by a man called Satguru Sant Keshavadas,
but later took to bhakti-yoga as taught by HDG A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada,
where there is lilttle mention of Vitthalla by Name. It is delightful to see the

it was not like chennai on the above said two occasions. we need not go
to the holy place pandarpur since i felt as if Pandari and the lord himself have
come to chennai in the from of SRI jayakrishna Deekshithar.
Only NAMAS can purify us in Kali yugam.this is once again proved here.

All road lead to Govindapuram during the above days as this mega event
scheduled went off in style. Bringing 300 odd sanths from Pandharpur (many of them
with their family) and extending a great hospitality is not something which everyone
would dare doing it. On all the four days Shri Anna could have rested for not more
than one hour, being with them, provide them with whatever they want, their food,
etc., is definitely a herculian task. Many think its a bhajan mela specifically
arranged to disappoint a few, but to their surprise its not in real terms. Its a
upachara function for the presiding deity. As in Pandharpur, the sanths who came
also sang and danced. During that time, they all had unique opportunity of visiting
Bothendral Adhistanam, which only blessed few will get. Now that Shri Anna
announced that next NITHYOPACHAR MELA (not bhajan mela) will be in May 2007, it
does not disappoint many. Lets catch the glimpse of this event at Pandharpur till
such time.

Whenever we had opportunities to hear Maha bhaktha vijayam, we used to
feel that we did not have an opportunity to live with them(Eknath, Namdev, Sopan,
Mukthabai, Janabai, Thukkaram..), during those wonderful days. We had genuinely felt
the presence of Sathguru Namdev, Thukaram , during the Nagar Sangeerthan held on
24-Dec-05. It was only then, for the first time, I felt fortunate to have been born
in Chennai and participate in this divine event. There were more than 2000 bhaktas
singing in praise of the lord. We will definitely look forward for the
Nagarasankeerthanam next year. By god’s blessings, I was able to attend the Program
at Krishna gana sabha on all days. Looking forward to get a good dharshan of Sri
Vittal & Sri Rukmani and to take part in the Bagavatha Mela.

I could not really find words to describe this. It was as if the holy
place Pandai iutself has come down to T.Nagar by the namavalis rendered by Sri Anna
and followed by a huge gathering of more than 1000 in the middle of T.nagar.

As usual the Pravachanam and Namasankeerthanam of JKD anna pulls and
attracts thousands of devotees, who gather early around 6.30 am itself. Right from
the 1st day, we experience that no seat is seen unoccupied. Today's programme
(Sunday the 18th) had given a sort of emotional feeling to all the Devotees (Krishna
Tharangini--Leela), when Esodha had seen the GLOBE thro Lord Krishna's mouth.
JKD Anna had furthe thrilled everybody (over 1000 assesbled in the hall) by
confirming a NAMASANKEERTHANA BHAJAN on Saturday the 24th Dec by 7.30 AM From
Krishna Ghana Sabha thro Panagal Park Road and back to Krishnaghana Sabha, with all
the 1000+ devotees. A Divine opportunity, everyone waits I hope; A great
opportunity I feel, could not be thought in a City life.
